How do you deal wih anger?

                    When I am angry I stop and try to figure out just exactly what it is I am angry about. I have not always been this way, I used to say and do awful things when I was mad. I would so very often have to go to people later and beg their forgiveness. I now also try to go off by myself and pray when I am angry, it helps a lot.

                    When i'm in anger.I like to be alone.Write something about is down ,tear it.Or analysis why i am in anger.Am i wrong?
Sometimes i read books loudly to forget what happened just now.Even to buy something I always love but don't buy.I like to eat more things too.But i know it's harm to our health ,so don't do it .If you like singing ,to sing;If you like dancing ,to dance.To be master of your emotion.You can do it!
