I had been to a Botanical Garden of Kolkata, India. I liked the largest bunyan tree of the world there whose main trunk and root is cut due to infections but the tree is alive with its hundreds of supporting trunks.

The best one I have ever been to is the botanical gardens of Sydney in Australia. They are near to the beautiful white sails of the amazing looking opera house. It has superb views over the stunning blue harbour. The plants there are lovely. It has all different coloured flowers. I loved seeing the wonderful different variety of palm trees there. Most of all I enjoyed seeing all the friendly birds that live there. Especially at sunset I adored seeing tthe cockatoos flying from tree to tree. They made such loud noises that it added atmosphere to the gardens. People looked very happy wandering around. Sunset was a great time to be there and see all the birds going to rest for the night.

Yes, while I was living in NYC, I would go to the Bronx Botanical Gardens and just hang out. It was right across the street from the Bronx Zoo. My father would take us there and it was lovely. I haven't been back in a long time, but I'm sure it's still a nice place to go. down here in Mobile, we have a lovely garden called Bellingrath. I have never been there and would like to take the time to do so.
