There are so many things that only a Filipino can do in his country. There seems to be no moral to restrict them from doing it. Two Candidates on the same position proclaiming Victory. Today one is having fireworks celebration, tomorrow another is putting up a banner proclaiming his victory. The people in a small city are confused.

I think it really happens in elections. It could not be avoided. There are weird things that could only be seen in Philippines. I happen to see it in television that Lilia Pineda of Pampanga have hanged his streamers already stating that she won the election even Mikee Arroyo have said that they might go for protests after today he has already accept the winners. Another thing the Priest have won in the governatorial race.

Thank you for your comment. Imagine the person who is going to run your government. They are not honest people. Its is like going back to History, where a country was ruled by tyrants and barbarians.

two winners claiming to have won the same position? believe it or not...it's an amazing fact...only in the Philippines! Mother and son both elected in the senate. Where do you find them? Only in the Philippines! Here in Davao City, both father and daughter chosen as mayor and vice-mayor respectively. Only in the Philippines! The father as the mayor and his daughter as the congresswoman in the same city. Only in the Philippines. And the list continues...only in the Philippines.

You said it so , only in the Philippines. the commelec is still counting votes after a week and the winner will be declare in a months time. one funny story ive heard in the radio where an election protester for mayor was said to have won the seat and declared by supreme court one day prior to the election, so he was made to run again after four year that he was never seated as mayor. how pathetic it was in the philippines.

not to mention... our country already has the technology to process the voting faster but comelec still revoke it. Imagine a fisherman catching a fish with his bare hands and a man approached and lending his fishing pole... the fisherman revoked the offer and still instisted on catching the fish with his bare hands.

Ooh, weird. Why can't they wait for the official announcement of COMELEC. Really weird eh. I think it's unethical to proclaim yourself by yourself.
