What position do you sleep the best in?

Most doctors will tell you there is a certain position to sleep in so that your whole body can get the rest in which it needs. I personally sleep better on my right side than any other position. It makes me feel relaxed but some times when I get up, Some parts of my body ache. I was wondering how many people sleep in what positions and how rested do they feel the next morning?

I don’t have any certain positions to sleep in as if I sleep on my right side for long period my right arm will become numb. So I have to change my sleeping position either lying on my back or sleep on my left side.

thats interesting because I have noticed that with my son. He will start on his back and when I go to check on him, he will be on his side. Then in morning when I wake him he could be upside down in the bed..lol.. I dont ever know with him.

During my younger days I used to sleep facing down the bed. But now Im much more comfortable just like your position, right side.
