Welcome to Mylot Ruhana! To start with don't confuse yourself too much about rules and regulations. Just look at the list of discussions and select one that you like and write a response to it. That is what I am doing to your discussion right now. Make sure that your responses are not too short, at least make it 4 lines or above. You will get used to the system and gain the knowledge about rules and regulations as you go on.
