Dreamcatcher come in different color and design. There is a say that Dreamcatcher has people to get into sleep fast. There is also a legend state that Dreamcatcher filter a person dreams. Only good dreams will be allow to filter through the center of the hole to the sleeping person...bad dreams will stay and trap in the net, disappearing with the light of day. Is this true? I was wondering. Do you believe this? I have never use this before. I believe many people out there will have some difficulty in falling sleep fast. We just can't sleep asap when you are on bed. You are so stress out sometime and frustrated that you can't just fall asleep and you know that you have to get up early the next morning for work or for school. Some maybe try counting lamp, drink milk or even read story book. How about a Dreamcatcher? Do you use dreamcatcher? Do you think it really help you to sleep well. Share with us your experience. If this really work, i might think of buying one and hang on the wall.

I put dream catchers together (I do not make them because I cannot make feathers or sea shell or any other of God's creationss but rather Iuse them and put together my native American crafts) and I ask the people tha I give them to as to how they have worked for them. The people that believe in them have the best sleep whereas those that do not believe in them sometimes have the worst night mares. I use many different materials in the dream catchers that I put together including sharks jaws, different animals teeth, beads, branches bent into a circle and may more different things. I get ideas or thoughts in my head as to what they should look like and put them together as my dreams tell me to.

Oh..that's interesting. Ya, i agree too. If you believe it, it will happen according to what you think. If you don't it will happen the other way.. Do you sell them?

Understanding the nature of the legend tied to 'dreamcatchers' I tend to not use one. This might be because I embrace all dreams, positive and negative since it is the 'all of me' in dreams that I must nurture the 'all of me' when I am awake and have my ego to contend with. Dreams are our release from what we think we can't handle, but generally do while in the sleep state. As we go through life in frustration without reffering to our dreams we remain clueless why are darn waking life is so miserable. Live the life from your dreams and you could really be in sync with the universe and your unique place in it . . . sharing the light, Erica, the Enlightenment Advisor, M.A. Transpersonal Psychology Studies Counselor http://www.enlightenment-psych.net

Yes, I love dreamcatchers and use them, I have alot of them. Then I cleanse them in the morning sunlight. I also make and well used to sell dreamcatchers till the store moved to a homebusiness. I wanted to sell them online but my family is against and refuses to help me out with doing so.. sighs.. So I have over 200 dreamcatchers simple ones sitting there waiting to be sold.. or where they will end up my mother gets her way.. the trash... - DNatureofDTrain

Next Week, I am going to see if I can sell them at http://www.earthsongbooksandgifts.com I used to sell them at http://www.morningstarstore.bravehost.com/ But she relocated to a home business and dropped her consignments program because she did not have room to do so in her house.. I hope I do get to see if I can sell them at Earthsong, Maybe they will let me sell them in their online store. I would let them set the price.. as long as I earn something, I would not care what actual price is. I made over 200 of them... in three sizes... I thought about ebay or bidz, by my Mother is so deadset against my earning money.. at all.. That she totally freaked out at that idea, and did not go for that.. I used to make and sell runes too, but if I am going to be living with my parents.. again I am sure she would not let me use her oven to do that, althought I could still let them air dry.. since I use salt dough clay, but that takes forever... Well, All thanks for the suggestions! Please keep your fingers crossed about Earth Song! Thanks, - DNatureofDTrain

You should be able to sell them (to stores or even on consignment at different places,. I have my crafts at 4 different stores including two that only sell native American crafts. When I get a scanner/printer/coppier I will start tolist them on E-bay. My finances are not the best right now so I will have to wait until they get better to get the copier/scanner/printer. Walk in balance

I have several dreamcatchers placed all around my home. I really like them. I think, even if they don't work, they are lovely pieces of decoration and really can add to the atmosphere of any room. If I was allowed, I'd probably have dream catchers in all different sizes and colors all over the place.

I finished putting one together that is a sharks jaw about 12 inches wide. I could not use the regular artifical senet because the teeth are so sharp the senet keep breakingg so I juse heavy green twine and it came out very well. I used many glass bead and turkey feathers on it. Ever4y body that sees it wants it for themself but I am not planning on selling it unless someone offers enough money for me to not refuse. I plan on usint it as a show piece for my "business".

Here in England we have a dream catcher that I bought in Springfield Illinois. I brought several friends dream catcher key rings that I bought at Dixon Mounds in Illiinois. Dixon Mounds is a very large Indian Burial ground that was discovered by a farmer on his land. It now belongs to the State of Illinois. I love dream catchers especially if I know they have been hand crafted by Indians.

i used a dream catcher a few years ago. my best friend have it to me as a Christmas gift and it was so nice, it had some pink beads around it. i dont know if it really catches dreams though. i just use it as a decoration in my room. it got broken though so i don't have a dream catcher anymore. its nice to believe in it though. :) you can try it just for fun, who knows? :)

Really? Well, if this is true then I might actually get one. I've been having a hard time sleeping these past few months. I don't know why. But I've always wanted to buy a dreamcatcher, just out of curiosity to see if it really works.

Before I have a hard time going to sleep. Later I found out its all because I have hyperacidity. I was taking up vitamin C at that time, making my hyperacidity worst and keeping me awake even if its time to sleep. After the incedent, I discovered the cause of not being able to sleep right away. So I stopped taking Vitamin c and I was able to avoid the problem about sleeping. Now I can easily go to bed withtout even using what you mentioned about dreamcatcher. I get sleepy specially after eating or after arriving from work. I actually never heard about dream catcher. Now I gained another knowledge from mylot. Thanks so much my friend.
