Do you have A Friend that has to do everything you do??

Ok..at first i took it as a huge compliment..I have a friend,she has copied everything i have done in my life..from eventually dating the same guys,to dressing like me..talking like me...now we have kids and she buys her kids the same things..like..I had some toys i told her that i was gonna get Skylar..either for his Bday or next day..and she always has to be first in getting it! even if she had no plans before....omg!! its driving me crazyy! And then when i end up getting it i feel like i copied her when it was my damn idea! It seems like everything i do or buy..she has to do the same..if not better..I dont get it!! Im trying not to be juvinial about this..but its just annoying me to not end! So what do u think? Am i crazy for feeling this way? Do you have one of these friends? Thank you for the venting..i really needed it!!

I dont have a friend like that but my sister does, my sister went to a party and a few days before they were talking on msn and the friend said "what are you wearing" so my sister tells her what shes wearing, she wore a black and white stripy top, what does her friend do? wears a black and white stripy top EXACTLY the same style as my sisters and it was from the exact same shop! its creepy really but shes not doing it as much

arrghh..whats the deal? Thats just insane..what are they trying to prove by doing this? and whats funny is that i remeber that happeneing when i was in school too with another friend..but not as extreme as it is now..and theer is NOTHING AT ALL SPECIAL ABOUT ME! nuttin! im serious! im a little ecentric..is that spelled right? and kinda crazy..but whats the deal with people that have to do that? get your own look,,and hobbies,,and life! lol..thanks for you response hun!

I don't personnaly have a friend who does this, thank God, but one of my best friends has one of her friends doing that, and she's so fed up. She and her hubby got pregnant with their first child about 5 yrs ago, and her friend and her bf, who weren't talking about having kids anytime soon, got right into getting pregnant, which they did a little after my friend gave birth. Whichever decoration my friend would buy (vases, frames, etc.) her friend went and bought the same thing. then my friend and her bf got married, her friend got married two months after. My friend and her hubby became pregnant again, so did she. My friend and her hubby recently bought a duplex house in some area of Montreal...so did they, 3 streets away!! And last but not least, my friend and her hubby just bought a jeep liberty suv...and so did the other girl and her hubby. I mean come on, doesn't she have a life of her own??

Well, poor you. Thankfully, I do not have any friends that are like that at all. I would move away from them if I find them like that.

I think she is the crazy one,
don't tell her what you are going to buy then she will be the one to copy not you.
if she says what are you going to do for your kids birthday this year,
tell her I am thinking about just having the family over,
and then make a party at macdonalds or something.
You did it first,
if she said well I thought you said it was going to be at home then say it was, but I changed my mind.

Never "a" friend.
More of someone I was paired with to play, but I didn't like them to be honest. It's so annoying having someone coping your every moment and what you like they like even thought they know nothing about it.
God the times I'd go into hiding when it came to things I actually liked.
