helping the homeless in northwest indiana

W/corruption in this part of the state anyone knows how that can play a part in creating homeless,and sneaking in a regentrification project?

well it use to be filled w/steel mills in the area but that went w/dinosaurs,and for the last 30 years the feds have been hijacking the politicos left and right for being mob connected /gang connected and so much so till the population has dwindled to basically the only ones here are those who canot by a bus ticket out put in wikipedia search engine (east chicago,indiana)just this election a 7year old got shot point blank by a candidate and killed .
