Ok I am wondering what the norm is here. How often do you change your sheets?
Ok I'm putting myself at risk here but I have trouble sleeping on sheets if they are more than a week old. I swear it's true. I didnt sleep last night, but today I washed the sheets and I bet you I sleep much better tonight. I guess my bed gets too crowded with all those dust mites!
Ok is anyone strange like me?

I change my sheets once a week as well. Working the way I do, I only get chance at laundry once a week, so that is when I change them. There is nothing like taking a shower and then getting into a fresh, clean bed. Now why did you have to go and make me think about bed while I'm at work ?? Leave it to Rhonda of course. I'm not going to get into the reason for changing as everyone else has..lol

I try to change mine at least once every 2 weeks. Sometimes more because I have animals that shed a lot . I make sure my sheets are white or beige so I can always tell when they need washing. I even wash my matress pad at the same time. I sleep a lot better when my sheets are washed too. I wash my comforters about once a month too! I like when everything is CLEAN !!!
