I happened to be in Iba, Zambales in the second week of April. The were celebrating the Paynauen Festival. It was fun with all the street dancing, hammock parade, sand castle building, food festival and the Binibing at Ginoong Paynauen. There were lots of smiles and the friendliness and hospitality of the people were infectious. I have taken some photographs that I want to share with you.
