I want to know is it safe to make use of auto login softwares that automatically logs you in the website where you need to fill the username and password. Do the software pass the iformation via net to the maker of the software. Is there any reliable software where we can use it without the fear of passing the information.

Most web browsers have a "saved form" feature which automatically saves information you type in forms. I use these all the time, it saves time and energy. And I'm lazy. :P

Security or Convenience? Remember that you'll be saving your login credentials in a file stored on the harddisk... Therefore, choose one that saves the data in an encrypted format. If you're not convinced that the software will behave, opt for one that has its source code readily available for inspection...
