will you rent a house with a male /female person?

Recently,i've heard a news about some people rent houses with isomerism,they think that renting with an isomerism will bring many advantages ,but i don't think it's convenient to share a house with an isomerism,what do you think ?Do you agree on renting with an isomerism?

In China, there are two terms "80 latter" and "90 latter". I think the guys in different generation have different thinking. Maybe people borned before 1980 don't accept this thought, but people borned after 1990 consider that it is reasonable ..

I don't agree with that. It's not safe, especially when you don't know the person that much. It's a strange thing to do for me, not unless that person is somebody who's very close to me, like a family member or a good friend whom I've known for years.
