You can also try to lower the CPU frequency if speed isnt you major concern. A CPU working in a frequency lower than its default will dissipate less heat and will make your processor's util life a bit longer. But if you cannot accept lowering your CPU speed, I suggest to open your case and study the air flow inside. You must make sure that there isnt any cable blocking vents. Then identify the most heating points, usually it is the processor and motherboard chipset. Then install one or more fans that blows air towards these points, to help lower the temperatures.

Add a casing/auxilliary fan that could exhaust hot air from the CPU. My PC had 1 exhaust fan in the side, plus a PSU usually had a fan also, but still I bought 3 addtl. fans because of the summer season. I put 2 in front (which sucks cool air into the CPU/mobo section because my casing is design that way) while the other 1 I place it on the back so that 3 fans exhaust hot air while the 2 brought cool circulating air inside. See to it that you have enough power when you add fans. But if you can afford aircon for your PC then its better.

If you need to do it asap, just open a side of the computer box. If you have some time, buy a fan and make sure fresh air get into the box and another fan to get the hot air out. After you've done that, put a fan on the hardware that's overheating.

I have a simple tips for you, Try to upgrade your power supply to a higher power capacity(e.g. 250W to 350W or higher), low power Power Supply cannot deliver enough power to your PC hardwares and it cause your power supply overheated because of overduty. And use high quality fans for ventilation. I hope this simple tips will help you.
