What do you do before sleeping?

I wash my face and brush my teeth. Then when I'm in my bed I put moisturizer on my face then sometimes I pray before going to bed. My favorite part of going to bed is drinking milk. I text my boyfriend goodnight before I sleep to complete the rest of the night.

I always brush my teeth before going to bed and I also put cleaner on my face and then I read for awhile before I go to sleep.

drink a glass of milk then after i brush my teeth and face.After i will put moisturizer in my face, comb my hair and then read a little to make me sleep.Then i put alarm clock ringing, then pray.

I make a hot chocolate milk. and before I go to sleep, I drink it, ummm... then pray and go to sleep.
