New job...I am so excited...

I am starting a new job on Saturday. I am going to be a pool monitor at the indoor pool of the campground we belong to. I will be working about 40 hours a week. The best thing is I can bring my daughter to work with me. This will be my first job outside of the home. I have always done child-daycare before now. I cant wait to start.

That sounds like a wonderful job. Jobs like that are hard to find. And you get to take your daughter with you. What a great thing. I am sure you are excited. I am excited for you. I had always done daycare when I went out into the workforce. I enjoyed both.

Hearty congratulations for getting this new job!
It good to know that you can take your daughter along with you. Would she be paid separately or she is assisting you? since you have already worked on similar job, there should not be any problem.

My daughter wont be paid but she will have free use of the pool and playground. She will also be able to do all the arts and crafts and any other kids activities they have.

Nice, sounds like a nice job and at least it's an indoor pool so you shouldn't have to bake too much in the sun. That's cool that you can bring your daughter. Have fun and enjoy it.

Wow, that is wonderful! So neat to find a job to which you can take your daughter! It sounds like a wonderful summer for her too! Arts, crafts, swimming...what child wouldn't be in heaven!

Congratulations. I'm also going to start a new job if all goes well on the 25th June, moving from Portugal to the UK to work with horses. I'm very excited and hope all goes smoothly with me and I wish the same for you! I'm be working 6 days a week from about 8:30 to 17:30. I love horses so I hope all will go well...

That is great. That should be a fun job! I think that it is great that you can even bring your daughter to work with you. It's nice that you'll be able to work a job outside of the home and still spend time with your daughter! Good luck!
