I just had to share this one!Funny but oh so true!
Garfield on the oil crisis
A lot of folks can't understand how we came
to have an oil shortage here in our country.
~~~
Well, there's a very simple answer.
~~~
Nobody bothered to check the oil.
~~~
We just didn't know we were getting low.
~~~
The reason for that is purely geographical.
~~~
Our OIL is located in
~~~
ALASKA
~~~
California
~~~
Coastal Florida
~~~
Coastal Louisiana
~~~
Kansas
~~~
Oklahoma
~~~
Pennsylvania
and
Texas
~~~
Our
DIPSTICKS
are located in
Washington , DC !!!
Any Questions ???
NO? I didn't Think So.
i heard somewhere that a lot of the oil is on land that is protected by the environmentalists who think that the protection of cute and not so cute birds and animals and flora are more important than heating people's houses. I also heard that the reason the fires in California were so life threatening and damaging to property was because the same environmentalists would not let the firemen make fire breaks so the fires would not leap into the towns and other residences. Oh there were the arsonists as well.
No dip sticks just a bunch of people hating, animal loving goons who do not value human life.
