Has anyone else used this site, am not seeing a very good return or any referrals even though I upgraded my membership, is it all just a con?

I just signed up with this program at the same time that I signed up for E-mailPaysU. I don't know whether or not it's a con, however my earnings have been correct so far. It'll be a while before I find out whether or not they pay but so far everything seems legit to me.

I haven't personally done this program but I know you have to be careful not to get scammed. Also you have to decide if it is worth your time. I know .ooo1 of a cent is not worth mine so I don't do them. If I can't earn at least one cent I don't bother.
