My husband has a 16 year old with a 10 month old baby..She now has a new boyfriend and does not seem to be paying as much attention to the baby as we expected her too. How do u handle this situation in a ??way...

I feel that you must sincerely approach her and seriously talk to her about her priorities.
She must be fully aware of her priorities in life, especially now that she's already a mother.
I feel that if you'll talk to her in a way that is not too intrusive but in a manner that shows genuine concern, then you may be able to get your message across and probably even help her mend her ways.
Her attention may probably be only focused on her new boyfriend right now, which makes it quite difficult for you to handle the situation but, sooner or later, she must be made aware of her responsibilities because her baby's welfare may be compromised.
I feel that if your husband will try to talk to her daughter and enlighten or guide her as to how she could properly balance her time with her new boyfriend and her baby, then I feel that the issue could be effectively resolved.
I just hope that whatever happens, the innocent baby would not be at the losing end.

She is too young to have a baby. This is a rebellious age and is difficult to control her movement. How can she be a mother if she is looking for more trouble. I presume she is an unmarried mother. I think the best way is to send her to the women centre where they are better controlled or to a convent for spiritual guidance.
