Writers: What's your count

How many query letters do you send out per day to keep your work flow steady? I try to keep ten out at all times. So, if I'm without work and haven't received any responses - I'm querying ten times per day until that changes.

I don't send out nearly enough. I am a start-and-stop writer and need to be a lot more disciplined in my style.

This was my problem for over a year. I don't know if it was my health, writer's block or a combination of the two . . . I do know, however, that it was frustrating and difficult to overcome. Do you need help sticking with it or are you comfortable with that kind of cycle?
