I have had loads of tip offs that the Iraqi Dinar is going to be revalued and who ever iis holding Dinars is going to make a hefty load of dosh. They are saying in the grapevine that they want to make the Dinar 1.26 Dinars to the U.S buck and they are thinking of implementing this from 1st June this year..So within the next twelve months the Iraqi currency will rise in value. I have bought #100.00 worth in Dinars and I am just gong to hold on to them. If they go up t what I have been told, I could end up with a couple of thousands in bucks.. Do any of you have any Iraqi Dinars and do you think this will happen soon?

I set up jem invest for that reason, to build a housing coop, we all put money and buy property together, and we all benefit.. What do you think? I put another grand away towards the deposit..So when I get my first one, any one that is in jem invest will get a share also.. Greek saying..IN UNITY THERE IS STRENTH, what we can't do on our own, if like minded people get together they can do it!! sORRY THIS SOUNDS LIKE A POLITICAL MANIFESTO LO, BUT i AM PASSIONATE AND BELIEVE IN THIS DREAM..HUGZ

Off course I did, and like I said what is down must go up! A friend of mine in the states told me a month ago, that if we should consider emigrating, now is the time to buy into the estate market in the US. because it is down. But unfortunately that is a pipe dream for me!

I dont know where are you from but here in Pakistan people holding Iraqi Dinar since US occupied it and launched the new currency and the rate was really cheap aswell it was about 2000 Iraqi Dinar for 1 US$, And i have around 25,000 of Iraqi Dinars for the last few years and i dont think it will be going up in the near future.

I would love to grab this opportunity, but unfortunately my country does not trade in Iraqi dinar... And, quite frankly I would rather invest it into jeminvestments. ;)

As in artificially prop up the value? Not sure if it would work. Lotsa of construction work is being done - the bulk of financial transactions - and I am guessing that the companies/governments would much rather transact in e.g. USD or EUR. You have a better bet holding on to the Chinese Yuan since it is at least backed by some fundamentals. India, Vietnam, etc.. some other places to watch out for. Not sure about the dinar really. But what do I know anyway? Shoo!! Alright, I am outta here.
