Greyhound Canada on Strike

So Greyhound bus line workers in Canada went on strike on Friday. The strike affects mainly Western Canadians in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and being that it's a long weekend in Canada (Victoria Day) I'm sure it thwarted many people's travel plans.
I couldn't imagine being unlucky enough to have paid for a Greyhound bus ticket to go visit someone this long weekend and then to be stuck in the middle of nowhere when they suspended service.
The last Greyhound strike only lasted 12 hours, and since we're going on day 3 with no end in sight, I can't imagine what a damper the strike is putting on many people's long weekends.
What would you do if you got stranded in the middle of nowhere like travellers in Western Canada might have been this weekend? How upset would you be?
