Do you think we should encrouge Women working in night shift????????

No we should do that thing because women take lot of risk in working in the night shift. They could not take care there children properly, they take high risk in travelling in night by car, cab,and other traspotation. We should fallow the law implemented in Banglore.

Of course we should, equal opportunites for all is common place now, and as for it being safe...well the world is not a safe place in any part and time of the world anyway!!
