Snoring? Do you? Does a loved one?

I don't snore unless I'm really sick with a head cold, but my boyfriend can 'saw logs' with the best of them. We got this little jar of essence that is supposed to cause him not to snore (I honestly don't know how it works) but a lot of the time we forget to grab it if we're at his condo or on the road. Does anyone know any good cures for snoring besides surgery? Maybe an exercise he can do to keep it more quiet?
Most of the time it doesn't bother me, unless he falls asleep and I'm really not sleepy. Then I have an awful time trying to fall asleep when all I can hear is him snoring.
Do you snore? Does your significant other or a family member?

Well, my boyfriend snores.
He doesn't know about it. He snores even when he's taking a nap in the office.
LOL. But it doesn't bother me that much because he's not a loud snorer. I actually think it's rather cute.

My boyfriend's napping on the couch right now, snoring away. RIGHT NOW I think it's cute.. but at 1 in the morning when I have to be up in 6 hours? :) I want to smother him with a pillow.

LOL. Yeah, maybe I would change my mind once that happens.

My husband and I both snore. His snoring never bothers me. I like the sound. He used to work away from home all week and I hated sleeping alone. So now I would never complain about him being next to me no matter how loud it gets.

*LOL* My boyfriend works away from home all the time (in fact he's only home for this long weekend and then back to work until June 2nd), so most of the time I'm not priveleged enough to hear the snoring. :)
It doesn't really bother me when I don't have to be up early or anything, but if I have to sleep to be at work early, it does get pretty difficult -- no matter HOW happy I am that he's home for a few days. ;)

My husband snores very loud, and it sounds horrible. I was afraid he might have sleep apnea, so I made him go to a sleep specialist. He had to go in and get hooked up to monitors with wires and sleep overnight in the sleep clinic. He was kind of mad at me for making him go, but the sleep doc found that he didn't have sleep apnea, but he did have emphysema. It was only because of the testing and thorough exam that it was discovered. Now he's doing what he can to minimize the disease, and it hasn't progressed much. His dad also has emphysema, and he snores really loud too.

I'm so lucky me and my husband we don't snore.Otherwise we have to sleep one mile apart from each other (just kidding).
However i have never heard about any treatment works for snoring so far.I think if you eat healthy ,take supplemnt ,and excercise regularly might help .
I can understand hoe annoying is that if your partner has snoring problem.

According to my girlfriend, I snore so loud she can't sleep. When I found this out I try to let her fall asleep first before I sleep so she won't be bothered. I just hope she doesn't wake up in the middle of the night because she might have trouble going back to sleep.
