Yes, part-time or temporary should be ok for the teens. To experience what it is like to be working. I started my first temporary job when I was 13

It depends. For me, if they don't have any financially problem, I think they don't need to have a jobs in her/his young age. They need to focus in their studies. But if they have financially problem, then it is better to have a job. hehe
