Will numeral beggars begging along the street symbolize the country's reputation?

Can't say... It also depends on other things as well.. The hygiene around and the quality... But when you see a lot of beggars around.. That surely does gives some message..

As awared that lot of beggars around on a certain sites begging, will cause the unhygienic surrounding and the personal quality seem to be downgraded. Especially, to those sight-seeing areas, tourists will reflect the opinions that how poor the country is?
