My daughter has this problem yet I am the bad guy

Found out my daughter had severe bulimia. I had to admit her to residential treatment. Now in her eyes I am the devil and her father who equally agreed to the admission, is the king. How did I lose out on that. Single Mom raising three kids over the past 14 years, with no time to myself and BAMM I am the bad guy.

Because you have always been there for her, she feels secure enough to take out her anger and her fear on you. If she treated Dad as badly as she is treating you, would he stick around and take it? Maybe, maybe not, but I bet you will stand by her no matter what. And she knows that.

well I like to think of it that way. but she is so mean. they say it is her disease talking and not her. but it looks like her and it sounds like her. I asked her the other day, gee who visits you, and who writes to you. yep ME.
