if you work for your boss ,not work for yourself, you might meet this problem. and when you have different opinions with your boss with some work, and your boss seems make a wrong decision, will you show your opinions and insist to tell your boss what you should do and how to do this work better ? if this happened to you, what you will do ? express your opinions or give up it ?

one of the biggest decisions reference to work. if you will be at the risk of losing the job, you would decide either to keep mum about it, or delay the announcement of your opinions. but if you really feel that, it is affecting your work and the delivery of what is expected of you, one should speak out pointblank. but ready yourself for possibilities, and make sure another job is waiting for you...Take care....Perry

ya definitely.i would voice it out.if we are working for somebody it doesn't mean we should suppress our view points or ideas and go with whatever our boss suggests.then what creative development do we have? if we have a better idea than our boss that is in favour of our company,we should say it to him politely or otherwise suggest him that it will be profitable in this way.infact i would try to convince him to go with me.we work in a company to implement our knowledge and skills and in return learn something and gain experience in practical field.if we will suppress our ideas and views and just go with our boss because he is our boss then we can never move ahead.we will stay wherever we are.and the main thing is we can never be a BOSS!!!!

I will voice out my opinions if I disagree with my boss. However, if my boss keep insisting on his/her view, I hope to listen from him/her why my opinion is not taken into consideration.

Well, for me... If i cannot take the opinion, meaning to say i have got a different view point, i will voice it out... I mean no point saying yesh and u dun like the idea of it... Who knows ur boss might in turn agree with u and a better idea might work? I mean we are aways scare of our boss, yesh... But if u think ur idea or opinion is better, why not just voice it out? We never know what might happened? True enough? Afterall, its just my point of view ya...

I would probably give up. Always need to remember who you work for. Cause that person probably wants things run their way. And they hire people to do the work the way they want the work done. Very difficult concept to remember.
