INSOMIA - How to deal with it?

I have a friend who said that she is insomiac and asking me how she would deal with it. I advised her to drink milk before going to sleep and pray. What do you think? I dont have an idea why it happened to her.

How to deal with Insomania ? The first thing is to take fast walk for just 15 to 30 min before going to sleep. The second thing take a glas of water before sleep. The third is massage her head in the night. The bed should always be light colour only. Wake up early in the morning. Never go to sleep in the afternoon. Hope it works out.
