how often do u express ur heart and mind through a pen?

i love writing, and i wrote diaries since my childhood. i like writing my experince and feeling online, rather than poems.i want to express my attitude toward life.i don't know why,but these days i always feel an eagerness in myself to write. so i registerd on a literature website,and post my diaries there. i write what i think,but not always can i find a best way to express out the exact feeling in my heart.

i tend to write a lot, although mostly on my journal. i write poems when the urge hits me. its good that you want to get better at it, because there's a good chance that you will! :)

Hi, hollowheat. I like to write very much because I am a shy person. Normally I feel shy to say something to others, so writing letters, keep in blog is my usual way. That's very comfortable to me.

Expressing anyones feeling through writing poems,letters and stories is good, but I think the best way to express feelings is by showing it. Self expression depends upon what way the person want it to be as long as he/she is happy of what he/she is doing then its up to them.
