Will u feel shy?! Will u keep on staring at their beauty or cuteness?!? Will u try to find out what is it they actually want? Would u try to lure them into talking to u for a longer time?
As far as im concerned,i'd feel shy first.If at all they still hang on,id maybe try to find out what they want...!

I am shy and introvert person, so my reactions will be very distanced. If this person needs help or/and information- it`s ok, i will help. But if he comes for flirt or something like this- i will tel him politely to leave me allone.I disapprove the street flirts.
