my friend has told me that going to a sauna can really make us lose weight because we sweat a lot when we are in the sauna due to its very hot temperature. i would like to try this only if its really effective because i dont like the idea of sweating too much.
what do you think? are saunas really effective in losing weight?

Yes it will help you lose weight but like what I do, I do not depend so much in it. I also need to control my eating habits and exercise.

It helps but there is no weight loss from sauna or steam rooms. The sauna will help expel toxins and water from your body. Those toxins may cause the acumulation of fat. After the sauna you have to drink a lot of water and will fill full.
When drinking lots of water becomes a habit, the ingestion of food decreases and you lose more weight. You body needs a lot of water to convert food into energy and all those other things it needs.

oh, i see. well, im still glad to know that saunas can expel toxins from my body. and its also good to know the the probable toxins that i may expel are the ones which accumulate fat in my body. thank you so much for answering my question. :)
