I want to discuss an issue about the vehicle check and drivers' physical exam yearly with all friends ,which is an measure with people characteristic carried out only our country.To be honest ,at some extend ,it was of help to reduce the traffic accident at a special period .But ,it also has caused corruption as as well as increased the burden of vehicles ' owners ,and it has taken a lot of time and energy .
