CBT Direct..... Anyone???

I got a job training call yesterday from CBT direct, and I was just wondering if anyone had any info on them?? They said it's an online job training class and a certification test. Then they would teach me how to get clients. Is anyone else familiar with 'medical coding', and does it usually cost $1800 to take a class for it? Does anyone know if there are other places that offer the classes? Any help would be welcome. I need an online job, and I don't mind doing training classes, but if I had $1800, I probably wouldn't need another job.
