Pop up registry cleaners!

While I'm online, I keep getting these registry cleaner pop-ups. So far since I've been writing this, I've gotten two. How do I get rid of them? Is it part of this whole making money online thing? I was getting them before though. What do I do, they are so annoying and I can't concentrate on anything I read or write when they just keep popping up. 5 now!
