Does your husband/boyfriend still buy you flowers?

I am curious, does your husband or long time boyfriend still buy you flowers? I dont think Ive had flowers in a long time..I wonder if this is just a phase that passes through once you are sucked in...lol:)

My girlfriend said that her husband or boyfriend has never bought her flowers.
Why should I spend money to buy her flowers for what I already have?
She gets flowers all of the time. There is always flowers in the house. I have nice flower beds and have all kinds of flowers that I cut during the summer.
Once again, why should I spend money on what I already have?
Does it place less value on flowers if I grow them myself? I think it would place more value because I grew them myself.

I give her bouquets all of the time. As I said there are always flowers in the house. You can own only so many vases. But the note is a nice touch.

You shouldnt spend money on flowers you already have but what you can do to make it sweet is cut them and put them in a nice vase for her with a little card in it or something. Make her an arrangement to make it more special than just seeing flowers in the garden:)

yeah that sucks.
if i can just tell the air to whisper that to him, i would. i dont wanna look like some kind of a lunatic drooling about a flower, but incase he needs to know, i woul like to recieve one.

Awww! Just tell him "honey you know, sometimes a flower would be nice, not all the time, but hey, just thought you might need that little piece of info" lol...well I hope you receive a flower soon!:)

Oh yes, my husband still buys me flowers but only on Valentine's day. I wish he could do it more often, but you know, with the economic crisis, buying flowers often takes the back seat. I really don't mind, as long as we are both happy together, he can even give me paper roses for all I

Yeah I hear you. Flowers are the last thing on my mind sometimes. With the way things are getting so expensive id rather save the money. Once in a while they are great just for old times sake..hehe..but the price they cost and how long they live sometimes makes it not worth it.
