As we all hav a heavy lunch or dinner, we r advised to take a sweet dishes like ice creams, puddings, chocolates, pastries etc. What happens to our Stomach when we take asweet dish along with spicy foods. Some people even take a puff .IS it good for health?

i dont know if it is really advisory to eat sweets right after eating large meals. we can survive even without doing so, i think its just the preference of some people to eat sweets after a meal, and that is called "dessert". lolz. :)
