How to overcome stress through Yogic Breathing in just 6 minutes.

Dear All, i'm sharing one of the way to overcome stress and nervousness in our daily life. Stess seems to be the root cause of insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, heart problems, weight gain and so on!! Method: Close your eyes. Take a Gentle but Deep breaths. While inhaling, feel the air filling in - from the stomach and gradually upwards till the top of the lungs. Then, Exhale - letting the air get out, first from the top and then towards bottom. Repeat the process 10 times. Better done while standing. NOTE: While inhaling, feel that you are taking in fresh oxygen, happiness and yellow light. While exhaling, feel that you are letting out Negative energy, toxins and waste. Try to practice it and surely you will gain HAPPINESS and PEACE OF MIND! If anyone has more ways to reduce the daily stress, then please share with all. Regards, Rajarshi

Hey Buddy i have One Idea, Well when you feel stressed and lethargic, just relax where ever you are for a min, Lcose your eyes for a moment and then take a deep breath and shout as loud as you can( pS: dont try it in a crowded place) Now the Serious 1: just try to move your shoulders clockwise and then anti clockwise for some time..do same with your neck for few moments.. AND feel Relaxed
