Here is a Recipe low in Carbs, etc. One I have tried that is for people with Diabetes or trying to watch their Carb intake, etc. Enjoy!! 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 2 tablespoons honey 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced Juice from 1/2 orange 4 (4- to 6-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to uniform thickness Salt and pepper Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly grease a baking pan or line with foil. In a small bowl, whisk teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic and orange juice until well blended. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper and place in pan. Pour half the glaze over the chicken to coat evenly. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Turn chicken, and cover with remaining glaze. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Makes 4 servings. Sometimes I have a hard time finding good, easy and tasty recipes. This one sounds really good and with it being low on carbs, that makes it even better. Plus, if it is good for diabetics, I can make this when my boyfriends dad is able to come to dinner again.

Well, I have a ton of Good recipes that are Great for Diabetics that I get from a Diabetic Yahoo group I am in. What I do is go and try one from time to time, and then decide if it is worth keeping and doing again.
