Did you ever had Chikenpox?

I had chickenpox when I was just 7. My parents went to Dubai leaving me to our housemaid. I got the virus few days after they leaved. I remember eating pink noodles with chopped hotdogs served everyday just for me. It feels so bad and uncomfortable. It's hard to do anything and everything. I even can't take baths, I was forbidden to take bath by our housemaid, "not before the shingles are gone" she said. She also forbade me to go outside the house. I might have infections and I might pass the virus to people outside. So after a week, she also got chickenpox.

I got the chiken pox when I was 8 years old. I thought I had bites on me but my teacher saw them & realized right away what they probably were. She sent me to the office & they sent me home. I cried so hard because I thought there was something seriously wrong with me! LOL

This is a nightmare!!! I'm already 31 years old, never had chickenpox when I was youg and now I have it. Good thing that we already have a medicine that somehow relieves the itchiness and the pain this disease brings and a medicine that prevents the blisters to come out i excessive amounts. I'm taking acyclovir which is an antiviral medicine, it really works because my blisters are not as excessive as I expected. You just have to take that medicine within 24hours the blisters appear.

yes.i was very young when i had it,my brother brought it home from school and passed it to me.
i wasn't even school age yet.
i still have scars from it,it was that bad.if i could have taken a bath in calamine to relieve the itching,i would have-it was utterly miserable.

yes, i had chickenpox when i was about 14 years old. it was really embarassing because when it was time for school to start, my scars werent completely gone yet, but i still had to go to school because if i wouldnt, i would miss out on a lot of lessons. you see, the beginning of school was the most important part in our country. lolz.

yes, i had that when i was 10 years old.I dont want that sickness, because uts very hard to sleep at night.
