I used to toilet paper alot when I was a kid. Yes they still do it here but they are more strict now then they used to be.

Yes kids toilet paper yards here. Adults do it too. I have when I was a kid.

Homecoming custom - It is the custom that during the homecoming evening even that students drape toilet tissue from people's trees. I would like to know how and when it officially began..but; it has been around for as long as I can remember and I am now 42 years of age:)+
Yes they do..I believe it is a homecoming custom..I am so glad I do not have any trees in my yard;)+ I think it is fine if they would come back and clean up afterwards; but, I don't know of anyone who has ever come to gather up the tissue that has been hung! Thanks for the topic: +

No, I've never toilet papered a yard. I've also never seen it done.
