Do you care about your appearance when you're outside the home?

I like looking good when I'm outside. Always gelly hair, fashioned clothes, a nice Festina watch and Tommy Hilfiger perfume.

Very particular. I like looking my best. Make up, jewelry the whole nine yards. But I know what you mean. I recently went to walmart and couldn't believe some people were out of the house dressed like they were. I would have been ashamed of myself!

How well-groomed am I? I won't lie and say that I go the whole nine yards for instance make-up, pressed clothes......it really depends on the mood that I am in at that particular time. If I am in a crappy there's NO WAY that I am going to put on make up on the go to a convenience store to pick up aspirin or to the supermarket to buy soup or something else that I mya need. I will comb my hair and iron ONLY if my clothes are TOO wrinkled. I'm a pretty plain person so it all depends on the way I feel. Believe it or not I've worn my jammies to the store but and even ROLLERS but I'll never do the roller thing again, pretty embarrassing. I have to use BIG rollers for the length of my hair and I REALLY felt silly.

I actually don't mind what people think of how I look sometimes when I go out. I've been a college student and we'd take trips often at 12 at night or later and I'd go out in my pj's and not care. I don't wear makeup or purfume. I just throw on some clothes and go.

I am fairly particular as well....I would not go out in public in my pj's and my hair is too short to have to worry about rollers...but I would never do that either.. When I go out...even to the store....I am like you...I make sure that I look nice...I live in a small community and know most of the people in the area... Since I live on a small farm in rural Arkansas...I do frequently go out into my yard in my pj's though...there are no close neighbors...I like to sit on the front porch early in the morning and just absorb nature...LOL I do not think the squirrels, birds, dogs, horses, or chickens care if I am in my pj's....LMAO

yes,I care about my appearance very much too.because I think one's appearance does matter and is very important,it is a symbol of your life habit,whether you are clean or tidy,and so on.and if you are to have an interview,you should care about your appearance more.

Put it like this, one of those you've seen in PJ's was most likely me. As long as my rear is covered, most of the time, I don't care. Now if I am going to school to volunteer, then yes I make sure I match and my hair is fixed, but that is the extreme of it. I like to be comfortable and real.

I like to look presentable when I go outside. Clean clothes, hair done and a little perfume. I've seen ppl around town in cut off sweatpants, no shoes, no bra's and looking like they just crawled out from under the bed. I couldn't do that. LIVE IN PEACE

I'm one of those people that likes to almost dress up to go to the grocery store usually, but if I'm not feeling well i just wear something clean, if my hair is a mess that doesn't look good (its short and looks good messy sometimes) I will wear something on my head like a hat or a bandanna. I almost never go out without at least a little face powder, lip gloss and perfume and I feel totally naked without earrings a necklace and rings. The only place you will see me looking particularly unkempt is the doctors office... MAYBE the cafe up the street if I just want something to eat fast.

I do. I will not walk out of the house without makeup on. It's not a lot but I do cover my skin. Plus because of the UV, foundation protects your skin for women. I don't wear a lot of jewerly unless my husband and I are going somewhere that warrants it. I always have to smell good myself. I am so with you on how to look!

hello there. i am very particular with how i look when im outside the house. i can say that i am very well groomed when i go out of the house. you see, i like to project the image of being neat, clean and sassy. lolz. :) no, seriously, i am really very particular with how i look, some of my friends even tease me that im too vain and narcissistic but what can i do? i just cant leave the house looking all sloppy. lolz. :)

yes i am i can't stand to look disshuffled when leaving the house and i'm the same way about my daughter because that's the way i was raised and you never know who you'll run into when your out so you always want to look your best.

I agree, the day will not exist when I'm out and about with rollers in my hair, slippers or flip flops on my feet, braless. I've seen it all and not just at Walmart. One of my friends just told me yesterday she went to an employment agency looking for temp work and this was the norm. She was the only one in a suit! I am always clean when I leave the house. I'm not much of a jewelry person to begin with so earrings and all that would be for special occasions only. I always wear make up when going to work or a public event. If I'm just running to the grocery store or Lowe's I may or may not wear it. Now that I'm temporarily unemployed the make up is being saved for job interviews only. I have to wear the good stuff because I'm one of the lucky ones that really needs to wear make up - I have redness of the face.

all the time no doubt....what clothes i am wearing what sneakers im rockin everything gotta be clean and fresh the first thing that people see is my appearance thats way it takes me so much time in front of the mirror

I don't always wear makeup when I go out like to the store, but I do make sure my clothes are not wrinkled and I will never wear PJ's to go out

yes,i want to sure that all is ok, like my clothes that i wear, if my make up is good for me.But sometimes its make me curious when somebody is looking with you.

I try to make sure I least look decent.I may never be on the cover of vogue or anything but I guess I look ok.

I try to look as decent as I can.I've never had anyone tell me I look awful or anything.i know my family would love it if I dressed up everyday but I find it annoying sometimes.

I am very particular in grooming myself especially when I am outside our house.You have to prepare yourself for a surprise visit from friends and relatives, I hate to see my self wearing not prepared or well groomed because it reflects tou your personality on how you project yourself to others.

I don't go all-out with my appearance when I leave the house, but I make sure that I look acceptable and decent, and I never, ever leave the house without taking a shower or a bath...ever..
