Question about moving out of state w/ child

I am a father and I would like to know if my ex can move out of state with our son. I pay my child support on time every week(taken out of my check) and I also see my son on a regular basis( at least every other weekend, sometimes more). My child support papers are very vague. I'm not sure what my rights are. I live in Florida and my ex wants to move to Kentucky. I would never see him which would kill me. Can she do this? And can she do this without notifying the courts? Please help me.
