When I first got together with my Master I had no idea about the Satanic Bible or Anton La Vey. It took me quiet a while before I was willing to pick up the Book and read it with an open mind. Now, I must say that the man had a great insight into human nature. I find it ironic how someone who labels him-self Satanist is more humanistic then so called religious people are. I know, he didn't believe in Satan the entity. If you have read the Satanic Bible and you too appreciate the wit and understanding of Mr. La Vey, make sure you get "Satan Speaks". The Book is wonderful and had me in laughing out loud.

Satan Speaks? I'll have to look for that one! I have read (I own a copy) of the Satanic Bible and its a fabulous book regardless of what the naysaying, narrowminded ppl think...My 13 yr old son has also read it (well half of it then he got bored but hey he's 13 LOL)....Anton really did have a great handle on human nature didnt he!? and whats SO FUNNY to me is alot of his beliefs/thoughts/ideas are practiced by pretty much everyone (including Christians) without them even realizing it...I think that is absolutely BRILLIANT!

Be not deceived for Satan himself shall appear as an angel of light- and so will his ministers appear the same. In the book of Revelation in the end times it says that Satan shall deceive the whole world. People who are decieved do not understabnd that they are being decieved untill it is too late. Eva , it is always after the fact, when they look back that they realize thatthey have been deceived! I will pray that God will open your eyes.

Thank you hun for the response, but you missed the point. I was speaking of a man with a lot to say and a great courage to speak out. If you have never read the satanic bible you will miss the entire point. Please don't misunderstand me, but this was not a point for you to preach at people for that I go to church.

Church can't save but the blood of Jesus can by faith alone.

I read the Satanic Bible a couple times. Once when I was in high school, and all my friends were reading it. Then again when my son was in high school, so as to remind me what was in it when he was reading it. I agree with many of the points Mr LaVey makes, but at the same time he sounded like a high school boy to me during many parts. Is Satan Speaks also by LaVey? How old of a book is it? I know he's passed away now, but I'd be curious to see how his writing style changed & if he matured any after the Satanic Bible, assuming this came after that.

Yes, I see the point and you are true, but then again he had to come into his own. Satan Speaks did come after and yes it is an older book. I like it because it stubs its nose on the stupidity of people. By the way the same here, I agreed with quiet a few points, but not everything. However it is interesting to read.

This sounds very interesting. I never heard of this before. Can you explain me further about this? I would love to hear that humanistic ideas, and laugh with you. Also, I would like to discuss that ideas and compare them with others (not necesarily christian's).
