if i am in my house i usually takes a nap after lunch, how about you ?

If I took a nap after luch my house would be destroyed. I am a stay at home mom with four kids so naps are just not part of my schedules. But if I had the chnace to I would take a long nap.

It is worth to mention the time can't too long.Some scientists said nap at noon just about or less than 30 minutes is the best.Do you think so?

Yes,me too.And,in fact, i have a nap after after lunch every day.It'm good for us to do everything vigorous in the afternoon.
