solutions for insomniac

can you help me? im becoming an insomniac. before, i used to not sleep early because of distress. but now, i am ok but my body clock cannot adjust anymore. i tried drinking circulan but it doesnt help me.

i think first, you need a warm salt bath.Then go to your bed with fresh clean cloths, take a breath. Exhale all the problems and relax.Enjoy your ralaxing music. Fly your mind and let go for all the problems you thought about. Relax your body toe to top,exhale the problems,again, breath . if this not work you can drink a lemon flower tea before you go to bed. and if this also not working, you need to go to aroma therapy massager, if nessesary.

Don't worry about it! It's just like time difference. You will be Ok after several days. Your body need time to adjust your body clock. For example, when My teacher came back to Beijing from American, he need about a week to accommodate himself to Beijing time. You'll be fine soon! Do not worry.
