If you prefers to go for hair coloring go for natural hair coloring rather than chemical based products. I think it is not good to have chemical based products because they will cause hair falls. I would suggest you to have leaves of different herbs mixed with coffee powder to have on the hair. I think you must test before going for hair coloring because some hair colors causes headaches also. I would prefer you to go for natural herbs and flowers mixed to use as hair colors.

I think it is ok to colour your hair but not all the time. If you put bleach on your hair to make it lighter that is bad as it destroys the hair over time and can make it very dry and brittle. If you dye your hair lots, then you will never get back your original colour, it always seems to be darker than it was.
