Why do most Grannies have the same hair cut ie short permed hair? Do you think when our young generation get to Granny age we will be getting this haircut also?

Not sure about hairdo's (not really my thing!), but I have wondered if we will turn 'old' or whether old people just stay how they were when younger and just seem like they dress old etc to us. There are certain things that are the sole preserve of oldies though. When you get those 'catalogue' supplements in the Sunday papers that sell grabber sticks and foot-warmers (I got pulled up for typing m u f f s!!) and embroidered armchair remote holders etc. You know you're geting old when you flip through and keep thinking "ooh that would be handy!"

I've wondered that too, if that's what they've alays worn but we just associate it with old people. If that's the case, cAn you imagine our generation of tracksuit grannies and grandads? I can't. I'm kind of looking forward to flicking through those catalogs and getting foot warmers and those reclining seats and beds for some reason, not sure why.
