Having indigeston food combination may be the problem.Try sequential eating. ...... Any quick digesting foods must wait till the slowest digesting foods leave the stomach before they can leave - a process which can take up to 6 or 8 hours. While waiting, the fruit, cooked and raw vegetables, and some of the starches undergo some decomposition and fermentation, producing gas, acid and even alcohol along with indigestion So it is preferable while eating fruits try to take fruits alone.don’t mix sweet and sour fruits together. BASIC RULE - WATERY FOODS FIRST To simplify this concept of sequential or layered eating, the basic rule or principle can be stated as follows: Eat the most watery food first ..... BAD COMBINATIONS TO AVOID The following represents some examples of bad combinations to avoid 1. Mixing dried sweet fruit, honey, maple syrup or bananas with nuts or seeds 2. Mixing starch foods with fresh or acid foods or fruits 3. Mixing dried sweet fruits with acid fruits. 4. Never eat dried sweet fruits with or after concentrated proteins 5. Eating raw, fresh or dried fruits after any cooked food 6. Avoid drinking beverages or even water during or after meals . 7. Meats and starches are NOT to be eaten together. You may have all the "meats and vegetables" you want. You may also have all the "starches and vegetables" you want. You just can't mix them all. 8. Meats are NOT to be mixed. This means you can only eat one meat at a time. You cannot have steak and lobster. You either have to have just the steak or just the lobster! 9. Starches may be mixed....breads and pasta are allowed. 10. An exception is beans and rice, they may be eaten together. 11.Don’t mix starch and proteins together .starch digestis in acid medium and proteins digests in alkaly medium .mixing it both means neutralisaion of digestive enzymes which may cause indigestion. Try to chew your food .have attinetion in eating.don’t read or watch t.v .this will give u more satis facition of eating and can enjoy the food more.More satisfacion and less eating can be attained by attentive eating. hey i have found an somefacts which may help u to avoid indigestion,gas,constipation and other diseases which is the major cause of lot of other diseases.
