have you tried selling food just to earn extra money?

hey guys. since i am so eager to earn extra money, i have been doing alot of stuffs to earn money and one of them is cooking. however, when i tried to make oatmeal cookies, they were a disaster so after that, i just lost hope and decided that cooking is not for me. :P lolz. well, what about you? have you tried to earn extra money by selling foods?

I've never tried to. When I worked there was this cute little old lady who would come to my work every other friday and sell cakes, cookies, and pies. She must of been doing pretty well with it because she would come by all the time. She made alot of money on my sister in law because she was pregnant at the time and was craving sweets. Oh I wanted to include a recipe that is really easy to do but it only makes about 6 cookies: Fastest Oatmeal Cookies 2 packets of Brown Sugar and Maple Instant Oatmeal (I've used other flavors you might even be able to use plan) 1/4cup butter(melted) 4 Tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla handful of raisins Preheat oven to 350F Mix everything together, spray pan, spoon six cookies onto pan and bake for 11-13 minutes. They are very good.

i did...but I got tired of selling, cause some of my schoolmates were really such a disturbance. lmao.

haha, i understand what you mean. there was a time i was selling peanuts so that we could raise some funds for a "Special children" group and my classmates were really annoying and some were even haggling and some werent even paying! :P lolz. i was almost pulling my hair that day. :P

I have never tried cooking for money. If I did that I think I would have to pay Them for all the medical bills lol. However, I do commend your ingenuity. cheers

I sometimes sell home made brownies baked by my sister. =) I sold them per box of 6 o 12 pcs per box.
