It is bad enough that an adult may have OCD, but when a child has it what do you do? Children with OCD start off life with anxiety rathar than the normal happy start. A child with OCD starts showing symptoms around the age of 3. I have personal expierence with OCD. OCD can overpower your childs life. Treatment is very important so that the child can lead a normal life. Thank you for this important post! I think it is absolutely vital that parents get help if they see signes of OCD in their children. Do not just wait and see and hope it will go away! get help as soon as possible - the chances og getting rid of it are so much better if you try as soon as possible
